Glossary
- Impressions: a count of the total number of times a digital advertisement is displayed on someone's screen
- Clicks: the number of times users have clicked on a digital advertisement to reach the digital circular or website
- CTR: Click-thru-rate is the percentage of clicks to the total number of impressions
- In-Market: digital advertising that reaches users based on their recent purchase intent - they are "in-market" for the product offering
- Remarketing: digital advertising to users that have interacted with the digital circular or the website
- Geofencing: a form of location-based marketing where a "virtual fence" is placed around a point of interest, typically a competitor store
- Store Visits: visits to a physical True Value location attributed to a digital ad interaction
- Cost / Store Visit: total ad spend divided by the number of attributed store visits
- Over-Delivery: the percentage by which delivered impressions exceeded the campaign's guaranteed minimum
- Engagement Rate: the percentage of sessions that were "engaged" (lasted 10+ seconds, had a conversion event, or had 2+ pageviews)
